 Whether you are a serious bodybuilder looking to build a huge athletic body or a weight lift looking to get a "Giant V model" look, every person interested in muscles wants to create a broader body that is wider "V-shaped"



 I mean, let's face it - a nice pair of shoulder and semi-wing pads that don't look great when it's fully exposed






 In addition, the classic V-Tromba game (as it is called in steel sports) has an artistic and aesthetic appeal that makes a person look like a living, breathable and impressive sculpture



Now, although genetics has a lot to do with each person's potential (based on collar length, hip structure, and muscle origins / additions), everyone can demonstrate a significantly improved physical structure with a targeted approach to exercise selection - and programming

Cat back exercise

Bridge exercise

 In this exercise, the back is laid on a mat, with the legs attached and the arms placed next to the body, after which the waist is lifted from the ground, keeping the buttocks raised for ten seconds. And if one has sufficient fitness, one can extend one of the legs up, and in the meantime the waist is not allowed to lean to the side, after which the waist is slowly lowered again, and this exercise is repeated ten times


Cow back


 exercise In contrast to the cat's back exercise, the cow's back exercise starts from placing the pivot on the knees and hands, and instead of curving the back the back is slowly moved down to make a hollow back, looking up, and then back to the original position, and this is repeated Exercise ten times


 Balance exercise
This exercise starts from placing the pivot on the knees and hands with the right leg and left arm slowly extended, keeping the back in an upright position and looking down, after which the knee and elbows are attached to the lower abdomen, then extend the arm and leg again, and this is repeated Exercise ten times


Tug of war


 The person grabs the dumbbell, bends down on the ground, with his knees touching the ground, and then descending from the middle of the body to the ground, after which he pulls the shoulders back

 And raise the dumbbells up, to be toward the trunk, while maintaining balance and moving the muscles of the back, and this exercise helps to strengthen the muscles of the back and shoulders


Stretching and warming exercises



Stretching and warming exercises can be done before or after completing the exercise, as they have several benefits, and warm-up exercises can be done before the exercise for only 5 minutes, to raise the body temperature and improve blood flow, and prepare the body before the exercises

Where sitting is in a prostration position, with the knees bent inward, and the elbows stretched forward in a straight direction, and this exercise helps to feel comfortable after exercise and helps to relax the muscles.


 You can also stand upright, leaning left and right, to stimulate blood circulation and prevent injuries while performing exercises
